Customer Service: Around the

and outstanding customer service. Our commitment to customer satisfaction
is absolute - we'll stake our reputation on it.
Our Return Policy: We want you to be delighted with every Tupperware® product you purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase of Tupperware® products, you can return the items purchased within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, less any shipping fees, in the original method of payment. To make a return, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-366-3800.
Product Warranties: All Tupperware® products carry either a Full Lifetime Warranty, Quality Guarantee or a 30-day Guarantee, which is our way of saying that we stand behind
every product we sell. For over 50 years, our Full Lifetime Warranty has
provided our customers with the knowledge that Tupperware® brand products
are the finest products available. Our Quality and 30-day Guarantees provide our
customers with the additional assurance that any product sold by
Tupperware will meet standards for quality and superiority.
Full Lifetime Warranty: Tupperware®
products are guaranteed by Tupperware against chipping, cracking,
breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime
of the product. Please call Customer Care toll-free at 1(800) 366-3800
for free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product
replacement cannot be made, comparable product replacement will
be made, or credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® products
will be given. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Warranty replacement parts or items will be subject to shipping and handling charges.
Quality Guarantee: Products designated
with the 
symbol are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you
receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer
Care at 1(800) 366-3800 within 1 year for a free replacement. If,
due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made,
we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases
of Tupperware® brand products, or refund the full purchase price,
whichever you prefer. Warranty replacement parts or items will be subject to shipping and handling charges.
30-day Guarantee: Products designated
with the
