My.Tupperware Overview
Part 3

Overview
Once you're in My Sales, you can:

• Process and view your current orders

• View historical order, party and customer information

• Review your current business performance progress

• View your business reports

• Enter New Consultant information for your recruits

• Report your weekly business activity

• Register for and access a Freedom Card account (where available)

• View item / coupon processing information

• View information on new features

• View and/ or download a detailed User Guide

• Connect with Customer Care for assistance using Web Chat

 

Processing and Support Hours

• You may enter your orders for the previous week any time until 2:00 PM local Distributorship Time on Wednesdays (unless communicated by your Distributor differently).

• Customer Care can be reached:

-Monday through Friday 8:30 am EST until 10:00 PM (your local Distributorship time)

- Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am EST until 7:00 PM EST

Processing Orders
You can enter 3 different kinds of orders by selecting the appropriate button located at the bottom of the Web page.

• Non-Party Order ... any order not associated with a party, such as your own personal orders

• Party Order ... any order associated with a party

• Fundraiser Order ... any order associated with a Fundraiser

You should refer to the "My Sales Getting Started Guide" when entering your first orders. You may also wish to view and/ or download the current User Guide to learn how to enter other types of orders. To download the User Guide, log on to My Sales and click on Resources > User Guide.

 

Other Features
Listed below are just a few of the most important features of My Sales.

• Update Personal Stats (link on the Consultant Info menu) — allows you to report your sales activity from the prior sales week. This will be the first window you will see each time you visit My Sales.

• Register New Consultants (link on the Consultant Info menu) — allows you to enter personal and recruiter information for your new recruits. These recruits will be "pending" awaiting your Distributor's approval.

• Consultant Performance (link on the Reports Menu) — allows you to view your 30-60-90 Day Program progress, your period-to-date sales and any bonuses earned to date.

• Online Reports (link on the Reports Menu) — allows you to view, print and save your weekly and monthly performance and activity reports
