Ingredients:
Poblano chile soup:
8 oz. poblano chilies, seeded
1 1/2 cup onions, cut in half
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
4 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp. Simple Indulgence™ Southwest Chipotle

Salami veggie wraps:
10oz. 10" sun dried wraps
1/2 cup veggie cream cheese spread
4 oz. thinly sliced salami, (25-30 slices)
1 cup deli style coleslaw
1/2 medium red peppers, cut into thin strips
Baby greens

Directions:
Poblano chili soup:
Place chilies, onions, and garlic in Quick Chef using blade attachment, and process until vegetables are chopped. Place vegetables in Chef Series™ 4 Qt./ 4L Covered Nonstick Saucepan with butter, and sauté until tender (about 8 minutes); stir in flour and cook 1 minute longer. Add broth and Simple Indulgence™ Southwest Chipotle and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Process the soup in the Quick Chef until smooth; season to taste with salt.

Salami veggie wraps:
Spread cream cheese evenly over wraps. Drain coleslaw in Double Colander. Place salami over cream cheese on bottom half only. Top with coleslaw, pepper, and lettuce. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour. To serve, trim ends with Chef Series™ Chef's Knife, and cut into 5-6 slices per roll.

E3 Tip:
Garlic: its nickname is the "stinking rose" and whether powdered or fresh, it is known for giving foods a distinctive flavor. Pick heads that are firm to the touch and remember this, the smaller you chop garlic, the more pungent is becomes. Source: Virginia Slim
