Ingredients:
½ lb. dark bakers chocolate
1 tbsp. milk
6 eggs
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Separate whites from the yolks and place egg whites in a Prep Essential™ Mix-N-Stor® Plus Pitcher with a pinch of salt, and place in refrigerator. Place yolks in an 8 ¾-Cup/ 2.1L Wonderlier® Bowl. Break chocolate into small pieces; add a tablespoon of milk and melt in Chef Series 2 Qt. /2L Covered Nonstick Saucepan over low heat, or in a double boiler. Remove from the heat and add a small amount of the chocolate eggs to temper. Mix remaining egg yolks to chocolate and mix well using a Saucy Silicone Spatula. Whip the egg whites to a firm peak. Fold about ¼ of the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Continue to fold the egg whites into the chocolate until no trace of the white remains. Do not over mix. Transfer the mousse to an Ice Prisms™ Medium Bowl. Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with whipped cream.
