Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 onion
1 tsp. Simple Indulgence™ Simply Garlic
1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 large egg white
1/2 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup peanut oil

Directions:
Cut onion with Chef Series™ Pro Chef's Knife and finely mince onion in Quick Chef using blade attachment. In Prep Essentials™ Mix-N-Stor® Plus Pitcher, mix together all ingredients, except the flour and peanut oil. Shape into patties and dust with flour.

Over medium heat, heat oil in a Chef Series™ 9 1/2? /24 cm Covered Nonstick Fry Pan. When oil is hot, place crab cakes in pan and fry until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Turn crab cakes and fry until golden brown on the other side, about 4 minutes. Serve warm with sauce to taste.
