Q:   Why can’t I see the buttons at the bottom of my screen?

A:   Use the scroll bar at the left side of the screen to scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should find the buttons.

 

Q:  Why do I get an error when I choose the Host Bonus Items on the Host Rewards page?

 

A:  You may be trying to select items that your Host did not qualify for.  All active Host Bonus items will display in this section, even if the qualifications were not attained.  Therefore, only choose items that your Host has elected to receive based on her/his qualifications.

 

Q:  How do I request a logo to be printed on items ordered for the Compliments Collection (Business Gift Giving)?

 

A:  After you enter your order in Web Order Entry, you’ll need to fill out the Logo Ordering Form that appears in the My Business section of My.Tupperware.com.  Once you fill out and save the form, then attach the form along with the logo graphics file (.JPG or .PDF format) to an e-mail and send it to businesslogo@tupperware.com.  For more information about Business Gift Giving, see the Business Gift Giving Program link in the My Business section of My.Tupperware.
