Overview

Web Order Entry uses “coupons” to control the ordering of specific items or groups of items, or provide a discount (percentage or fixed discount) on products. A coupon can be limited to items within a specific type of order (Consultant, Host, Customer, Fundraiser, etc.) Each coupon has a 4 digit prefix to identify the coupon type and promotion (for example, MM01 is the Mission One Million offer for new recruits). Following the coupon prefix is a unique number or the Consultant ID, depending on the type of coupon (see below).

Remember, not all coupons can be combined with other coupons in the same order. For example, coupons that include free shipping are used by themselves. Also, some coupon orders cannot be combined with orders for non-coupon items. For example, special sampling offers requiring a coupon are charged a lower shipping cost. If non-sampling products are added to the coupon order, then the regular shipping cost will be charged.
