Host Rewards

The Host Rewards page allows you to:

·        Apply appropriate Cash and Carry Pool funds to the party

·        Easily order Host Bonus Items by simply clicking the underlined item number in the Host Bonus Items box.

·        See immediately what your Host qualifies for in Host Dollars

·        Review Your Host’s Party Credits and any Bonus Credits

·        Order any Free Tupperware, Host Gift Specials, Half-Off Items, and Host Bonus items your Host has qualified for.

 

You may view the Host Rewards page (after entering the Host’s regular item order) at any time to see what your Host has qualified for.  This new feature will be helpful to make sure your Host earns her/his goal!

 

Party Retail/Cash & Carry section:

Review the Pool Balance amount. If funds are available, you can apply "over the counter" sales to your party by filling in the amount in the Party Pool Amount text box.  Press the Update button to apply these funds to the party total.  (The Host Dollars will automatically update, if appropriate.)

 

What is the Cash & Carry Pool?

When you create a Party or Non-Party, Consultant Order using My Sales ordering Class-5 Sample Items, the Retail Value will be added to the consultant’s Cash & Carry Pool.  Then when you enter your parties on My Sales, you can apply funds from the Pool toward the total party sales for Host Qualification. Note: The funds in the pool are used for Host qualification ONLY, and can't be applied to personal retail sales. You already received the personal retail sales at the time that the Party or Non-Party Consultant Order was submitted.

 

Host Bonus Items section:

To order any of the Host bonus items listed (use the scroll bar along the right side of the Host Items box, if necessary), simply click on the underlined item number to have this item automatically entered in the Host Item Entry section at the bottom of the screen.  It is that easy!

All current Host Bonus Items are displayed in this section.  If your Host does not qualify for an item that you order, the system will display an error message.

 

Host Qualification section:

The amount of Host Dollars your Host qualifies for (based on the orders processed so far) will display in this section.

 

Credit Information section:

·        Party Credits indicates the amount of Host Dollars earned.

·        Bonus Credits indicates the amount of additional credit from the selection of Host Bonus items.

·        Credits Selected indicates the amount of credits used

·        Credits Remaining indicates the amount of credits remaining (if the number is negative, this indicates the overage or how much the host needs to pay for the gifts selected).

 

Host Item Entry section:

  1. Click the Item Type field and choose an item type (1-Free Tupperware, 2-Host Gift Special, 3-Half-Off Items, 4-Half-Off Seals, or 5-Host Bonus Items) from the drop-down list.
  2. Enter the item number in the Item field. 
  3. Press the Tab key to move to the Quantity field.  Enter the quantity in the space provided.
  4. If you need to order more items, click the Next 10 Items button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. Click the Next or Verify button. If you click Next, you go to the Customer Order Summary screen. If you click Verify, then the system displays the product description and costs.

 

Click the Previous button to return to the Host’s Item Entry page.

Click the Item Search button to search for the item number of a product.

Click the Next 10 Items button to enter more items.

Click the Verify button to have the Description and Cost fields filled in by the computer.

Click the Next button to proceed to the Customer Order Summary page.
