Party History

The Party History screen is the gateway to your parties.  This screen allows you to:

·        Start a new party (by pressing the new Start New Party button)

·        Search for a party that you’ve submitted (by pressing the Party Search button)

·        View information about the most recent parties you've submitted using My Sales Web Application

·        Track the shipment of Shipped parties (by pressing the Track it! button under the Action section)

The Recent Parties section lists all of your recent party activity (party, non-party, fundraisers, etc.)

Status

Description

Not Submitted

Party has been entered but has not been submitted or paid for.

Authorization Failed

Occurs when the Consultant’s Credit/Debit Card fails during submission.

Failed Party Orders

Occurs when one or more of the Customers’ Credit/Debit Cards fail during submission.

Submitted

Order has been entered and submitted successfully but has not yet transmitted to the factory for processing.

Preparing Your Order

Order has been transmitted to the factory and is queued for picking.

Packaging Your Order

Products are gathered and in process of being packaged for shipment.

Left the Factory

Packages have left the factory and are in transit to the shipping carrier. The word “Partial” is included if only part of the total order has reached this stage.

Arrived at the Carrier

Packages have been received by the carrier and are en route for delivery. Packages can now be tracked.  The word “Partial” is included if only part of the total order has reached this stage.

Delivered

Packages have been delivered. The word “Partial” is included if only part of the total order has reached this stage.


Click on the Start New Party button (at the top of the screen) to select from the list of Party, Non Party, or Fundraiser, to create a new party in the system

Click on the Party Search button (at the top of the screen) to search for a party you previously entered in the system
