Order History
The Order History
section of the Welcome Page allows you to quickly view
the status of your orders. Click on the Order# assigned to that order
to view orders already entered.
Pending – you’ve
entered some or all information pertaining to this order and are waiting to
submit the order for confirmation.
Note: Orders can
remain in the system with a "Pending" status up to 14 days. Pending
orders will be deleted from the system after 14 days if they haven’t
been submitted for final confirmation.
Interfaced – you’ve
submitted the order and are awaiting final confirmation.
In Shipping – the
order has been confirmed, but not all of the
boxes associated with an order have been shipped.
Shipped – the
order has been confirmed and all boxes
associated with the order have been shipped.
Use the Up or Down buttons to view additional orders.
Click on the New button to create a new order.
