How Do I Set Up a Party?

Complete these steps to set up a new party:

  1. Click the New Party option in the Web Order Entry Tools on the left side of your screen. You’ll see the Party Setup screen.
  2. Tupperware automatically assigns your party a Party Reference Number. You’ll fill in the rest of the blanks!
  3. Enter the number of people in attendance, the date you held the party, the number of orders placed at the party, a short description (to help you remember which party it is!), and the number of datings from the party.

  4. Choose whether you want to ship the orders from this party to the Hostess or to yourself. Click Hostess to ship to the Hostess or Consultant to ship the orders to your address.
  5. What if you want to ship one customer’s order to a different address? You’ll set that up when you Enter the Customer’s Order.

  6. Enter the Hostess’ address. If your Hostess has hosted a party with you before, you can click the Search for Host button and find her address instead of typing it in.
  7. Click Next to continue.

  8. The computer asks you to confirm or change your shipping options. Check the mailing address listed on the screen:
  1. If you want the order shipped to a different address, enter that address in the spaces.
  2. For example, you held a party at your Hostess’ home, but she wants her orders shipped to her work address. Just type her work address in over the home address that displays on this screen.

    What if you want to ship one customer’s order to a different address? You’ll set that up when you Enter the Customer’s Order.

  3. Enter any special Delivery Instructions in the field at the bottom. The Delivery Instructions you enter here will be printed on the shipping labels for this order.

Click Next to enter your first order. (We recommend that you enter your Hostess’ order as your first order).
