Party Setup

 

1. Enter the Description, Party Date, and Attendance for this party.

2. Click the Partial Party check box if you want these orders linked to another set of orders you'll enter at a later time. (If this is not a Partial Party, then skip this step and move ahead to Step 4 below.) Click OK to confirm the Partial Party. Select Create a New Party from the drop-down list.

If the orders are a second set of orders that you want to link to the first, then click the Partial Party check box. Click OK to Confirm the Partial Party. Select the reference number and description of the first set of orders from the Create a New Party drop-down list. Click the Cancel Button to keep the party open.

To link another set of orders to the original Host and Close the Party, click the Partial Party check box. Click OK to confirm. Then choose the reference number and description of the most recent set of orders from the Create a New Party drop-down list. Click OK to close the Party. A Close Party check box displays on your screen to indicate that you have closed the party.

Important Notes About the Partial Party Option:

3. Select the appropriate Host Gift Program from the Host Gift Program drop-down list. You'll only need to do this during a Host Gift Program/Catalog transition period.

4. Review the Cash & Carry Pool amount. If funds are available, you can apply "over the counter" sales to your party by filling in the amount in the Pool Amount Applied to this Party text box.

What is the Cash & Carry Pool?

When you create a Non-Party Consultant Order using Web Order Entry, and have the order shipped directly to you, the retail from regular, parts, sales special items, and regular sample items will be added to the Cash & Carry Pool. Then when you enter your parties on Web Order Entry, you can apply funds from the pool toward the total party sales for Host Qualification. Note: The funds in the pool are used for Host qualification ONLY, and can't be applied to personal retail sales. You already received the personal retail sales at the time that the Non-Party Consultant Order was submitted.

5. Select where you’d like the orders shipped (for example, the Host's address or your Consultant address for a Party Order) by clicking on the appropriate circle (except for customer-direct orders). If you select Consultant, the Ship Address section is automatically filled in with your Primary address (click on the Alternate circle to change the address to your Alternate address).

6. Click the "A Taste of Tupperware Party" checkbox if this was a Taste of Tupperware party.

7. Click the GO Party checkbox if this was a Grand Opening party.

8. In the Home Address section. enter the Host's name, address, email, and phone number(s). You can also click the Host Search button to search for Host information previously entered. (For a second or third, etc., linked set of orders in a Partial Party, the Host information will automatically display.)

Notes: The First and Last Name are required. Enter the phone number as numbers with no separating characters (for example, 4075551212).

Check the PO Box if the address entered is a PO Box. These orders will be shipped using the US Postal Service.

Check the Military box if the address entered is a US Military Address serviced by the US Postal Service.

Check the Outside City box if the address uses a city name but is in a different tax area outside the city limits. You'll need to depend on your customers to provide this information to you.

9. In the Ship Address section, click in the Same as Home Address box if the shipping address is the same. If not, enter the shipping address the Host requested in the Ship Address section.

10. Type in any special delivery instructions or greetings in the Ship Instruction field in the Ship Address section. (The instructions/greetings you enter will be printed on the shipping label.)

 Click on Next to continue processing your party.


Click the Previous button to go back to the Welcome Page.

Click the Party Summary button after all orders are entered for your party and you’re ready to order Host Gifts.

Click the Party Orders and Datings button to view previously entered orders and datings - and to add additional orders and datings to this party.

Click the Delete Party button if you’ve made an error and want to delete the entire party.

Click the Next button to continue processing your party.
