Parts Replacements

 

You’ll enter Parts Replacement items purchased by your customer on this page. (Warranty items are entered on the Warranty Items page.)
  1. Enter the Item # in the Item field, then tab to the Qty field and enter the quantity of the item being ordered.
  1. Use your Tab key to navigate to the next Item field.
  2. Click the Verify button after you’ve entered all Parts Replacement items. This will validate items numbers entered.

Note: Click the Delete button, if you’ve entered an item by mistake.

 

Click the Next button to go to other item type pages.

Click the Order Summary button to go to the Customer Order Summary page.
